Training and Development

For the beginners, we provide 2-3 weeks of training based on the department the worker is going to work for. After 2 months, an assessment is done to review the trial period.
In alliance with İş-Kur and Halk Eğitim, trainings are organized. After completion of training, successful candidates are employed.
Internships
The students who are studying in Industrial Schools and Technical Schools are eligible for our internship program. Successful interns may have the chance to work at Isparta Mensucat in the future.
