With the existing modern machinery the production ranges for; Combed yarn is in the range of NE 16-100, carded yarn in the range of NE 12-40, carded open-end yarn in the range of NE 8-40. During ring yarn production, Rieter (Swiss) machinery is being utilized for blow room to ring frame. Schlafhorst and Murata machines are used for winding of the yarns. Open-end yarn is produced on Schlafhorst machines. During the process of yarn production, material is passed through Jossi Vision Shield in blow room and Uster/Loepfe are installed on winding machines for clearing of the foreign fibers to get rid of contamination.

FABRIC FINISHING
At our fabric processing unit we have facility for chemical finishing, pigment dyeing, silky finish, carbon finish, ceramic finish, Teflon finish, flame retardant processes. In our unit, Osthoff machinery is utilized for singeing, desizing, Benninger machinery is utilized for scouring and bleaching, mercerizing and washing, Monforst machinery is utilized for sanforizing, stenter, termozol dyeing machines. Mezzera jigger machinery, M-tec emerizing machinery, Andritz Küsters calendar machinery, Comet Brush Liza machinery, Flexnipli Kusters pad-batch dye padder is installed.
